Online Payments

We use PayPal to process online orders safely. At checkout, select the yellow PayPal button to enter your credit card information securely.

If you don’t want to enter your card information on the computer, we can complete your transaction over the phone. Please call us to complete your order (281) 589-0424 during business hours.

Shipping for Online Purchases

We use USPS to addresses within the continental US. Rates here are live USPS rates and calculated for USPS Retail Select (ground transportation) shipping method. Please allow 5 to 7 days for shipping. When rates are similar, we will send your package USPS Priority instead for faster shipping. 

Lampe Berger Shipping Restrictions

Any package that contains Lampe Berger fragrance (oil) is required by law to travel via ground shipping. It cannot legally travel by air transport methods due to its chemical content. California law prohibits us from shipping Lampe Berger fragrance to California.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for 7 business days after product is delivered. After 7 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only, no refunds. After 30 days, we will not refund nor exchange any item for any reason. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition with tags attached and without showing signs of wear or use in any way.

Items marked "final sale" at time of purchase may not be returned for refund or exchange.

We may need to issue your refund via check. Gift recipients are not eligible for refunds. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are missing packaging, parts, instructions, have damaged packaging or have items within the packaging unsealed or unwrapped (fee not applied when damage is the shipping company's fault).

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.  We strongly recommend you insure items you ship back to us and/or use tracking services.

Your purchase online indicates you understand and agree to our return policy. You are welcome to contact us before you purchase if you have questions.
